Meet Teresa

Founder of Groundwork Solutions

Teresa Lott is the founder of Groundwork Solutions.  She has been in the nonprofit field for over 15 years with a range of experience from direct services to fund development and grant writing to executive management.  Teresa has dedicated her professional career to helping organizations provide accessible, quality services to underserved individuals and communities.  She has a passion for working with organizations, communities and individuals that are interested in developing innovative solutions to address unmet needs. 

In addition to over 15 years working with nonprofit organizations, Teresa has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Winthrop University in the field of Education, and a Bachelor of Science from Lander University in Business with an emphases in accounting.  Additionally, Teresa is a graduate of the Non-Profit Leadership Institute at Francis Marion University. 

Teresa is the consummate professional. Like most small nonprofits, the Cancer Association of Anderson is always on the lookout for new revenue streams as we seek to fulfill our mission. Teresa is a vital member of our team - she has worked tirelessly to help us find new funding sources and she has worked alongside us to acquire numerous grants.
